About me
I have over fifteen years of international management experience in non-food sourcing, specializing in purchasing, product management, quality management, and the production of textiles and hardware. In leadership roles - including General Manager, Authorized Representative and Division Manager in China, Vietnam and Germany - I have built transnational organizations and been responsible for procurement markets in Asia and Europe. My experience includes supplying major retailers such as Lidl and Aldi, as well as managing complex non-food assortments in time-critical promotional sales and for permanently listed NOS (Never out of stock) consumer goods.
In my view, the non-food procurement market is undergoing a fundamental reorientation: Global supply chains have become more fragile, regulatory requirements are increasing, while price and competitive pressures remain high. Successful sourcing today requires hybrid models combining global and regional procurement, clear risk management, robust supplier partnerships, and close integration of purchasing, sales, and assortment strategy.
As a consultant and interim manager, I support medium-sized and large companies in analyzing and realigning their procurement structures and positioning them for sustainable competitiveness.
In my free time, I play golf at a competitive level – an activity that strengthens strategic thinking, discipline, and perseverance.

"In a volatile procurement market, it's not just efficiency that counts, but resilience."
